ENGINEERING & DESIGN
MFS provides a wide catalog of products to fit each customer needs and assist customers in choosing what system is right for them.
MFS will also help customers with any project and requirements they may have (see a few examples below from train, flight, boat, tank custom simulators...
MFS can design systems that suits your exact specifications without weight or size limitation.
Once the customer tells us about his project, our engineers start the concept with programs such as solidworks, autocad, invetor, in house softwares written by our engineers... This among other things allow our customers to view what it all will look like before project is even built and make sure we are on the same page so that project is on the right track.
We will provide our customers media such as the one seen below.
Do not hesitate to contact us for your specific motion applications whatever they may be (crane, aerospace, submarine, train, cars, truck, movie rides, military…)
We will gladly help you make your project a reality.
6DOF - BMW
In this application, we were requested to provide maximum surge for a platform seating as close as possible to the ground (for easy change of motorbike). This system is being used for R&D .
7DOF TANK SIMULATOR
Here is an example of proposal made to a customer for a show. You can see a tank turret place on a yaw table fixed on a standard 6DOF machine for maximum realism.
You will recognize Price William and Princess Katee of UK trying out one our motion platform within a VR sailing environment. This system is being used to train sailors for competition. Special excursion.
Here is an example of our S3DOF technology used in a famous TV show and tailored for customer needs.
LOW FLOOR 6 DOF - SAMSUNG
For this project, the lifeboat replica atraction was going to be placed within a room with low ceiling clearance. MFS custom designed a 6DOF platform (compulsory when it comes to accurately simulate sea motion) within 1 months and delivered within 5 weeks 5000miles away from our offices.
3DOF - container stabilizer
This is small scale replica of a tanker stabilizer. This platform had to be custom made as large hardware has to be selected to meet customer specifications while restricted space available within the belly of the small scale tanker was restricting the platform size. The machine you see here can fit in a cube with 80cm sides while maintaining amazing performances. This explains why the motorblocks had to be placed the way they are.
SEMI 3DOF - REAL 737 NOSE SECTION
MFS was given the task to build a custom motion platform and visual system for a 737 real nose section into a simulator.
